We pride ourselves in having no hidden costs and tailoring the house and services to each unique client. Our events team can email floor plans, room sizes and room set up options on request. Below is what we include as basics with every booking.

    Complimentary house sound system: we have a multi room background music for background music.
  • GARDEN & GROUNDS
    Garden benches to seat up to 120 for outdoor meetings, picnics or and seminars.
  • HOUSEKEEPING
    Complimentary housekeeping – a light touch housekeeping service in the reception rooms in the morning to collect late night empties, tidy up loose ends, and open up reception room curtains. (additional housekeeping available on request).
  • DVD AND TV
    DVD library and sky TV available in the bar and the Den on request.

    Complimentary wifi. 24/7
  • NO HIDDEN & NO SERVICE FEES
    No charges by us for bringing in your own catering, event or activity suppliers – complete freedom without penalty.

    The house is equipped with colour changing lighting so that the Great Hall can colour harmonise with your corporate colours or logo for harmony branding.
  • SUPPLIERS NETWORK
    Access to our suppliers network, checked and accredited by us to provide a level of service and excellence we expect and you require.

    free use of our AV equipment: projector, screens, microphones, PA system.
  • MEETING FURNITURE
    free use of all indoor meeting furniture including tables, chairs, white boards.
  • FURNITURE MOVING
    Complimentary furniture moving (up to two shifts, additional shifts by arrangement).
  • STATIONERY LARDER
    corporate stationery starter larder – with all the small top up basics you may need if you run out of or forget.
  • OUTDOOR
    Garden benches to seat up to 90 for outdoor meetings, picnics or and seminars.
  • BREAKOUT SPACES
    The reception rooms are very adaptable to create many breakout spaces
  • EVENT PLANNER
    Included 10 Hours of our experienced event planners time to plan your event and welcome you on arrival.

    No corkage – if you choose to bring some or even all your own drinks
