Huntsham Court can be a dry hire country house. We provide the house and you organise and supply your own catering, activities and drinks. In this case, there is one fixed rental fee, no hidden charges, no service charges and no penalty fees for bringing your own team and suppliers to site. This is often the most cost effective way to hire Huntsham Court especially if you are in the hospitality sector and have your own networks. We still provide complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits in the Butler’s Pantry within the hire price.

If you want a hearty meal to start the day and the freedom to arrange all your other catering then we offer a B&B country house hire option. This includes tea, coffee, fruit juices and a dining room-served cooked and continental breakfast option. Don’t forget, we include complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits in the Butler’s Pantry within the hire price.

This includes a dining room served cooked and continental breakfast option and one other 3 course meal per day – either lunch or dinner. The additional meal would be served buffet style and include a starter, main course and either cheese or dessert followed by tea and coffee. This enables clients to either go off site for the other meal or bring in an alternative supplier such as a pop-up fish and chip van, a mobile wood fired pizza oven in a vintage van or a silver service Michelin starred chef (these and others all available through our suppliers network).

Plus we have great contacts with prop suppliers so you can hire in vintage garden games, deck chairs and bunting if you want a more garden party feel.
